Early Childhood Music Classes
Little Music Makers
These are classes for children ages 2-5 years. They are music and movement classes, and use a family music-making experience to build a foundation for music learning. Classes include singing, dancing, chanting simple tunes and nursery rhymes, simple rhythms and solfa singing, and playing of simple instruments. Students develop listening skills, build a sense of rhythm, explore various instruments, and learn the fundamentals of music-making through singing, dancing, clapping, chanting, creative movement, improvisation activities, musical games and creative play. Classes are structured to create a foundation of musical knowledge and experience to expand upon in private lessons.
SPRING or FALL $225.00 (15-week session), running January-May or August-Dec
