Symphony Suppers

Acadiana Symphony Women's League has sponsored Symphony Suppers as a fundraising project for the Acadiana Symphony Orchestra for  twenty-three years.  These elegant dinners and luncheons are hosted by supporters of the Acadiana Symphony Orchestra.  The ASWL provides a variety of new venues for this event each year.  All proceeds of our Symphony Suppers go to the ASO.  The Symphony Suppers Reservation Booklets will be mailed out in September.  ASWL is proud of the popularity of this fundraiser and thankful that these events continue to be well supported by our community.

Cochon de Lait

Dinner will be prepared by Chef Kyle Waters of Lafayette's hottest new restaurant Cochon. Dinner will be hosted by Laura and Daryl Byrd in their lovely home on Shannon Road.

Menu:

  • Assorted Hors D'Oeurves
  • Pumpkin Soup with duck confit
  • Arugula Salad with citrus, asiago, cornbread, croutons, and black pepper vinaigrette
  • Jalapeno Stuffed Pork Belly with Collard Stew
  • Drum with cauliflower puree and shaved Brussels sprouts with fried peanuts 
  • Coconut Panna Cotta with Mayer Lemon Soda and Macaroons
