Welcome to our new season! This year, the Symphony’s theme is “Music on a Personal Note,” resulting in what may be its most versatile season yet. Audiences can expect classical greats Beethoven and Bach, blended with brass music, a high-flying circus act and a Chinese musical prodigy. Each act is paired with a local element, whether it be a community choir or Acadian folk songs, to increase accessibility and make audiences feel at home.
Whether young or old, a fan of classical, jazz or Cajun music, the Acadiana Symphony Orchestra’s 26th season has something for you! As a vital member of our community, we ask you to take pride in and support your symphony by browsing through our season calendar and attending a show. If you really like what you see, we hope you’ll purchase season tickets.
