Conservatory FALL Lesson Calendar

Absences and Make-Ups
Students will be allowed to have one excused absence for Summer terms and three for each Fall and Spring terms. Instructors are required to make up only one excused absence but may elect to make up all three. Following the third excused absence, all absences are considered unexcused and the teacher must not make these up. Please use your absences wisely, as this new policy will be followed closely.
Excused absences that are accepted by the Conservatory are illness, death in the family, and school functions with written notification from the school prior to the missed lesson. For illness, notification by 10:00 am the day of the missed lesson will be excused. A written note from the parent/adult student should be presented to the instructor at the next lesson.
Students/Parents should attempt to contact the instructor first and then the Conservatory. The instructors will issue their contact information on the first day of the student's lesson.

Tuition Payment Policy

Payments can be given to the Conservatory Director, given to the Front Desk Receptionist, or mailed to P.O. Box 53632, Lafayette, LA 70505.

OPTION 1
The tuition is paid in full at the first lesson of the semester along with any fees. The Conservatory Director or Front Desk receptionist will be available to receive payment in the lobby. Parents/Students will be given this option on their registration form or they can notify the Conservatory on the date of the first lesson. A $20 monthly payment fee will be added to the original total for the semester monthly payments.
